PRODUCT RETROFIT & UPGRADE SERVICES

There comes a time in every robot’s operational lifespan where the robot just doesn’t seem to run like it used to. At Wolf Robotics, we pride ourselves on our ability to retrofit your robot system to make it run like the day it was installed. This can often be done at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new robotic system.

PROGRAMMING

Wolf Robotics programmers are among the most advanced. Programming, process development and design for your existing robot system: Wolf Robotics’ engineers and programmers will update your current system and recommend safety modifications to make your robot cell compliant with current RIA standards.

Programming is performed on a time and materials basis according to Wolf Robotics standard service rates.

RELOCATION SERVICES

If and when you need to relocate your robot system, you can count on us to help. We’ll dismantle the robot system, pack it up in crates to help ensure it’s safely moved, and put it back together again in its new location.

SYSTEM CALIBRATION REPAIR

Wolf Robotics has developed tools and knowledge to repair and fine tune the actual calibration of installed systems to bring offline programs closer to expected locations from the 3-D offline programs. Systems that have been relocated or have had updated layouts can be susceptible to these issues and this product can be a great way to make sure the system is used as efficiently as possible.
