Robotics proudly introduces the following new developments in robotic welding:
Tandem Wire MIG Welding. Heavy
deposition welding at increased welding speeds using
twin wire technology. Increased productivity, lower
production cost, double production speed, independent
process direction, weld tracking off either wire in
either direction. Wolf also introduces a pre-engineered tandem welding package using Miller Electric power supplies and a new slim design aluminum "I" beam welding torch.
Robotic Submerged Arc Welding. Higher deposition rates, faster travel speeds and no shielding gases are the benefits of Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). A blanket of flux covers the weld area which prevents flash, spatter and sparks from occuring. The advantage of using a robot is the ability to adjust to path variations.
Laser Hybrid Welding. A new method in joining metal together using a laser beam to preheat the seam prior to welding. Benefits include reduced heat affected zone, less distortion, fewer weld stops/starts and minimum filler consumables.
