Wolf Robotics' software packages improve performance.
Wolf Robotics
offers a selection of software packages to improve
the functionality and production performance of the
robotic welding systems. These tools will help operators,
plant managers, service techs and production controllers
simplify and utilize the features of the Wolf robotic
arc welding system while controlling their production
throughput and robot uptime.
Offline
Toolbox
RobotStudio with its arc welding PowerPac user interface is used
to generate complete robotic welding programs, verification
of welding fixtures, reach analysis, accurate cycle
time estimations and much more without interrupting
valuable production on the real system.
Calibration
Toolbox
Automates the calibration between the virtual robotic
welding cell in RobotStudio and the real robotic welding
cell.
If the
relationship between the robot and welding fixture
has changed the robot can automatically calibrate
itself to the fixture, eliminating touch up by the
operator.
Production
Toolbox
Generates
error handling routines automatically when creating
the robotic weld program. Incorporates multi level/operator
password protection and integrates "bump-box" functionality.
Monitors the number of welds, total weld length and
time for each cycle.
Presents
above information in a user-friendly manner through
the robot teach pendant or the WebWare software program.
Process
Toolbox
Monitors, collects and evaluates weld data with definable
control limits. Allows the user to only change defined
weld parameters within pre-defined limits.
Presents
above information in a user-friendly manner through
the robot teach pendant or the WebWare software program.
