The LeanArc
R cell is one of our most popular configurations and
is perfect for welding hydraulic cylinders, mufflers,
exhaust pipes, lawn and garden equipment, bicycles,
steel furniture, ATV's, etc. It has all the components
mounted to a common base for easy shipment, quick
setup and simple repositioning at the factory floor
and is available in 250 kg (550 lbs.), 500 kg (1100
lbs.) or 750 kg (1650 lbs.) per station capacities.
The robot
and positioner are completely integrated for coordinated
motion and the positioner can reorient while indexing
to reduce cycle time.
