LeanArc K robotic welding cells.
The LeanxArc
K cell is ideal for welding large work pieces like
exhaust pipes, motorbike frames, lawn and garden equipment,
fork truck components, off-road vehicle components,
differential housings, and heavy equipment parts.
The cell is preassembled and shipped on a palletized
base for quick installation. It is available in a
head and tail stock configuration in 250 kg (550 lbs.),
500 kg (1100 lbs.) or 750 kg (1650 lbs.) per station
capacities.
The robot
and positioner are completely integrated for coordinated
motion and the positioner can reorient while interchanging,
in a ferris wheel type motion, to reduce cycle time.
