LeanArc C robotic welding cells.
The LeanArc
C system is a simple welding cell that utilizes a
basic indexing positioner. The positioner is available
in weight capacities of 500 kg (1100 lbs.) or 1000
kg (2200 lbs.) per side and is controlled by the robot
computer. Perimeter fencing protects three sides of
the cell and light beams on the 4th side signal the
robot of the operator's presence preventing accidental
indexing of the positioner.
The LeanArc
C Index cell is similar in design to the 500/1000C
models except that the positioner incorporates four
stations instead of two. This can permit more part
production of a smaller physical size or more variety
of parts with weight limitations of 250kg (550 lbs.)
or 500 kg (1100 lbs.) per station.
The positioner
is integrated to the robot controller for complete
control of the welding process.
