LeanArc B robotic welding cells.
The LeanArc
B cell is a two station indexing rotary platter with
2 servo axes at each station that can turn the work
piece weldment around its own axis for welding manifolds,
mufflers, lawn and garden equipment, bicycles, steel
furniture, snow mobiles, etc. The cell is preassembled
and shipped on a palletized base for quick installation
and is available in 250 kg (550 lbs), 500 kg (1100
lbs.) and 750 kg (1650 lbs.) per station capacities.
The robot
and positioner are completely integrated for coordinated
motion and the positioner can reorient while indexing
to reduce cycle time.
