Q: How do I schedule operator, programming and/or maintenance training for new or experienced robotic related employees?

A: Contact our Customer Support department for information, pricing and reservations of available training courses including our soon to begin CRAW (Certified Robotic Arc Welding) training.

Q: Do Wolf Robotics service personnel have experience in welding and part programming?

A: All Wolf Robotics service personnel receive periodic training on robots, positioners, and peripheral equipment along with weld process training. We have several employees qualified as Certified Welding Instructors from AWS (American Welding Society) and continuously provide educational instruction to maintain an industry leading level of competence.

Q: What is the best means for maintenance of our robot system?

A: We recommend following the suggested servicing schedules in your product manuals that can be adjusted according to your workload and environment. Wolf Robotics also offers a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to fit your specific needs. Contact our customer support service department for details and pricing.

Q: What spare parts or consumables are recommended for my robotic system?

A: Each customer system will have different needs and requirements. Wolf Robotics can provide a suggested list of recommended spare parts specific to your system. We maintain an inventory of in-demand components and can assist in the delivery of difficult to locate parts in a timely manner. Q: How can we keep our robot in production while developing new parts or product updates?

A: Wolf Robotics offers an off-line part programming software for purchase or as a service to allow the creation of programs without sacificing production time. Once the program is created it can be downloaded and with just a few touchups, be operational in minutes to keep your production schedules on time and protect your bottom line.

Q: Can our used robots or teach pendants be rebuilt and updated?

A: Wolf Robotics can repair and replace worn out components to keep your existing equipment functioning at its peak performance. Contact our customer support group for information on servicing, pricing and schedules. We may even be able to provide a loaner or exchange in some cases.
